Pricing

One price. One campus. Every line.

Five hundred dollars a campus, a month — and a thirty-day pilot on one line before a single invoice exists.

Monthly licence

$500

per campus, per month

No fee per child, no fee per steward. If forty more families join the bus in March, the price does not move.

Setup is $20,000, and we are waiving it for schools that begin this quarter. Each school runs on its own instance and its own database, and the setup fee is that build.

Less than one pupil’s tuition. For the whole fleet.

What is included

Every line, steward and stop
Parent access for every family
Your own instance, built and loaded by us
EU hosting, support and updates
The 30-day pilot, before anything is signed

There is no cheaper tier with fewer children on it, and no premium tier that unlocks the safety features. There is one Shield100.

The honest definition

What counts as a campus.

A campus is one physical school site with its own dismissal time. If your group runs four divisions on four sites, that is four campuses and four licences. If two divisions share one site and one bell, that is one campus, however you count the children.

We would rather say that plainly now than argue about it in year two.

A second or third campus is billed at the same $500 a month. There is no group discount to negotiate and no volume table to decode.

What it replaces

What paper is costing you now.

Move the sliders to your own numbers. Every figure below is worked out in front of you, and the workings are printed at the bottom.

At your school, every day

3,000

minutes a day

300 riders × 10 min

50

hours a day

of adult time handed back

9,500

hours a year

over 190 school days

That is roughly €237,500 of staff time each year, at €25 an hour — against a licence of $500 a month for the campus.

Across 1,000 riders

10,000

minutes a day

1,000 riders × 10 min

167

hours a day

every single school day

31,667

Where the 10 minutes goshow the working
  • Building and re-checking the paper manifest3 min
  • Parent calls and emails about today's changes3 min
  • Relaying changes to drivers and stewards2 min
  • Chasing “did they get on?” after the fact2 min

An estimate, not a promise — drag the sliders to your own numbers. The default assumes a paper manifest, a phone on the transport desk, and one round of “did they get on?” per rider per day.

Before anything is signed

How the pilot works.

Thirty days on one line, at no charge. You keep your paper register running beside it, so you can see the difference rather than take our word for it.

  1. Week 1

    Your roster is loaded

You send the spreadsheet. We build the lines and stops, put the times in, and show you the board before anyone else sees it.

  2. Week 2

Stewards go live on one line

One line, one run a day. The rest of the school carries on exactly as it did, on paper, as a control.

  3. Week 3

    Parents join

The families on that line are invited. This is the week the transport phone goes quiet — you will notice it by Wednesday.

  4. Week 4

    You decide

Keep it, and we roll out the remaining lines within the fortnight. Or walk away, and nothing is owed. No invoice has been raised.

Access

We take on a small number of campuses each term.

Access is by invitation, because we do the setup ourselves — your roster, your lines, your stop times, in our hands, not yours. That is why there is no sign-up button anywhere on this site.

No payment details are taken at any point before the pilot has run.
