Invitation-only · Prague
The moment you stop wondering.
Shield100 is a private boarding register for your school’s bus lines. A steward marks each child aboard. Every parent’s phone is sealed with the time — before they think to ask.
No sign-in. Real screens, sample school.
Nothing to install in the bus.
The steward uses an ordinary phone and a web address. No hardware, no tags, no scanners.
No public app store.
Parents open a private link. Only your school can create an account, and only for your families.
You send a spreadsheet — we do the rest.
No database to connect. We load your children, lines and stops before the first morning.
How setup worksThe problem
At 7:15, the register is a wet clipboard.
Premium schools keep immaculate campuses — and board their buses from photocopied lists. Three small failures decide, every morning, whether anyone truly knows where the children are.
Paper manifests
The stewardess ticks names on a clipboard. If the sheet is outdated — or wet, or lost — nobody truly knows who is on the bus.
The 15:02 phone call
A parent calls: different stop today. The note travels office to coordinator to driver. Or it doesn’t.
The question
“Did she make the bus?” Parents paying premium tuition expect a live answer, not a call back from the front office.
The cost of paper
Ten minutes a child. Every single day.
Those are adult minutes — office staff, coordinators and stewards — spent on transport admin: drawing the manifest, taking the calls, relaying the changes, and answering did she get on? after the fact. Move the sliders to your own school and check our working.

Where the 10 minutes goshow the working
- Building and re-checking the paper manifest3 min
- Parent calls and emails about today's changes3 min
- Relaying changes to drivers and stewards2 min
- Chasing “did they get on?” after the fact2 min
An estimate, not a promise — drag the sliders to your own numbers. The default assumes a paper manifest, a phone on the transport desk, and one round of “did they get on?” per rider per day.
How it works
Three windows onto one register.
The office
You send your rider list as a spreadsheet. We load the children, lines and stops, so the first morning is already drawn.
The steward
On the bus, the steward taps each child aboard. The register keeps the exact minute, and a mis-tap can be undone.

The parent
The parent’s phone is sealed with the time, stop and line. Nobody has to ring the office to ask.

Admissions
We take on a small number of campuses each term.
Shield100 is invitation-only. We fit the system to one school at a time — your lines, your stops, your roster loaded before the first morning — so we choose carefully and start few. Tell us about your school and we will say yes or no within a week.
